Our 2026 UFO Quilt Challenge is off to a fantastic start! It’s been wonderful to see so many members diving into long‑awaited projects and sharing their progress. The enthusiasm around finishing those “Unfinished Objects” is contagious, and we love seeing what everyone is completing.
May Bonus Number
The Bonus UFO number for May is #4. If you complete UFO #4 by May 18, you’ll earn two tickets instead of one. (You always receive one ticket for every UFO completed, bonus or not.)
How the Challenge Works
For every UFO you complete, you’ll earn one ticket in the prize jar. The winning name will be drawn at our December meeting.
When you finish a project:
- Email or text Martee Patton (803-517-1669)
- Include the number you completed
- Attach a photo of the finished project
If you haven’t turned in your UFO Challenge form yet, you can pick one up at the check‑in table during the May 18th guild meeting. You can also print a copy from the Files section of the YCQG Members‑Only Facebook page or the link below.
Martee will update your UFO sheet and add your ticket(s) to the jar.
Boost Your Chances
The more UFOs you finish, the more tickets you earn — and the better your odds in December. Don’t forget to share your completed projects on the YCQG Members‑Only Facebook page so we can all celebrate your progress.
