First Friday Sew Days Are Back!

Bring your current project and join us for sewing, conversation and fellowship! First Friday Sew Days return on Friday, November 6, with a new location and two new chairpersons: Laura Phillips and Sonya Hunter.

From November 2026 through March 2027, we’ll be trying out the Fellowship Hall at Oakland Avenue Presbyterian Church in Rock Hill. Sessions are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.—a chance to make progress on your projects, share ideas and enjoy time with fellow guild members.

Getting there: Use the parking lot and entrance at the back of the building on Park Road, reached by the access ramp beneath the tree. Once inside, take the elevator to the basement and press B for the Fellowship Hall. Entrance and elevator photos are included on the event page to help you find your way.

A kitchen is available for our use, so feel free to bring a lunch or snack!

RSVPs are optional, but signing up helps Laura and Sonya plan for attendance as we try the new space. Visit the event page for upcoming dates, directions and RSVP options. You can also open an individual date to add it to your calendar.

January’s date is being confirmed because the first Friday falls on New Year’s Day. Watch the event page for an update.

Please join us in welcoming Laura and Sonya as they lead this next chapter of First Friday Sew Days!
