February 18	Member Presentation: Things I learned and Internet tips; QSC meeting and workshops Several members will give you tips they learned in workshops, attending quilting events and more. Please bring any projects you’ve made in a workshop to share, UFO’s are welcome.

March 17	Kim Deneault www.raggedyreversapplique.com “Kim enjoys introducing quilting in a fun, fast and forgiving way. She is the designer of “Raggedy Reverse Applique”. Kim and her designs were seen on Simply Quilts with Alex Anderson.
April 21	Anita Bowen Lecture: Anita will present a slide (cd) show on the most recent New England Quilt Festival complete with the write ups on the winning quilts....and also the most recent Maine Quilts show ... Its a good opportunity for SC quilters to see those from other parts of the country

May 19	Susan Brubaker Knapp www.bluemoonriver.com The Artist in You In this presentation, Susan Brubaker Knapp will describe her persoanl journey through quilting, from that of a traditional quilter to an artist who now makes art quilts. She will present a slide show and bring some of her quilts, and discuss ways for traditional quilters to become more creative by embracing their own “inner artist.”

November 17	Linda Cantrell lindacanmail@juno.com Mistakes and How to Overcome Them – A humorous look at quilters who have made mistakes or had problems with a quilt, such as running out of fabric, cut a hole, spilled something on it, or maybe it was just wrong from the start! Some of the quilts have been made better and others worse by what was done to fix them.
